Beef steak with mushrooms
Ingridients:
- 2 slices of beef
- olive oil
- a little butter
- 200-300 g fresh mushrooms
- salt, black pepper, garlic,
- a little cooking cream
- a little white vine
Preparation:
The meat is seasoned with salt and black pepper.
Chop the mushrooms.
Put a finely chopped clove of garlic in a pan and heat it with olive oil and a little butter. Add the mushrooms and simmer until soft. Add some salt and pepper. Let them aside.
In the pan, put a little olive oil and a clove of crushed garlic. Heat well and add the meat, a little white wine to the fat left in the pan, the mushrooms and mix by shaking the pan in circular motions. Then we add the cream - to taste. Continue to boil until it boils.
Serve it white French fries.
