Pork cordon bleu
Ingridients:
- 4 pieces of pork schnitzel
- 4 big slices of ham
- 4 cheese cubes
- 3 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 250 g breadcrumb
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- salt
- pepper
- oil for frying
Preparation:
Chime the schnitzel then season it with salt and pepper. Arrange the slices of ham and a piece of cheese on each piece of meat. We roll the pieces of meat, pass them through flour, the beaten eggs, then through breadcrumbs mixed with a spoonful of sweet paprika. Heat the oil in a deeper pan. When it starts to sizzle, fry the pieces of cordon bleu, taking care to brown them evenly.
