Delivery and Return

The products will be transported by courier on the territory of the county: Satu Mare, Maramureş, Bihor, Sălaj, for a minimum order of xx lei. For each order, the manufacturer will contact the customer to establish all the details related to the order, stock and method of transport! For an order that exceeds or is at least equal to the quantity of 5 kg, the transport is free in the counties where the delivery is made.


General return conditions

The buyer has the right to return a product, within 14 calendar days, without citing any reason and without incurring any costs other than the initial delivery costs. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period for returning a Good or renouncing a Service expires within 14 days from the day the buyer takes physical possession of the products. The counter value of the returned products will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the products and inspecting them to be in their original condition. The method of payment is by bank transfer to the client's account. Returned products must be in the same condition as received, sealed. Products cannot be returned if they have been used, unsealed or tested, for reasons of customer health protection and hygiene reasons. The return is made in the original packaging, with the original labels intact, and all the documents with which the product was delivered. In case of damaged products. The Customer will have to inform the Supplier in writing within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the products, of the intention to return them and the reasons underlying this intention. Products returned without prior written notification of the Supplier will not be accepted and will have to be paid for in full by the Customer. In the case of returns, the Consumer bears only the direct costs related to the delivery of the products and the Supplier bears the costs of returning them.


Damage due to transport

The loss or damage of the products during transport must be communicated to the Supplier within one day from the date of delivery, as it is a case of partial or complete non-receipt of the products. In the absence of any notification, the products will be considered as delivered and received in good condition.
