Pork cutlet in bear
Ingridients:
- 3 pork cutlet
- 1 spoon of mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
- 1 mug of beer (250-300 ml)
- 5 spoons of olive oil
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- salt
- pepper
Preparation:
We mix honey with mustard and then smear the meat with them. Place the meat in a heat-resistant dish. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with thyme and basil, then place the chopped garlic cloves over the meat. If we have fresh thyme, we can add a few strands.
Add the oil and beer and put the dish in the oven at 200°C for the first 20 minutes, covering the meat with an aluminum foil or a perfectly thermally insulating lid.
Then we will remove the foil and let it brown on both sides.
